30-Day Breakthrough Programs

Discover an innovative and flexible way to receive the benefits of hypnotherapy without even having to leave the comfort of your home.

I developed the Mindset.Plus+ method to be as effective when conducted remotely online as during in-person sessions. Online hypnotherapy is now mostly my preferred format for maximising the effectiveness of hypnotic suggestion.

Delivered via Skype, it also make my approach available to you wherever you are in the world.

Following my 30-Day Breakthrough Program there are four key elements to the process of positive change, which allow the tailored hypnotic suggestions to have maximum effect:

The goal is progress within 30 days, but additional sessions can also be booked if required.

* Program suitability spends on level of severity. Physical dependencies and addictions may require an alternative approach.


Step 1 – Define Your Goal

For your program to be most effective you will need to decide on a single goal or area to focus on, e.g. speaking in public confidently or stopping eating junk food.

Then give your current situation an approx. rating out of 10, where 0 is complete ‘end of the world’ disaster and 10 is absolute perfection. It is this number we are aiming to increase after the 30 days (and ideally progress even further later!)

Step 2 – Book & Prepare

Once you have booked your 30-day Breakthrough Program and selected a date for the 1-2-1 Skype session, I will send you a Client Questionnaire to complete and return via email.

Step 3 – 1-2-1 Skype Session

During this intensive session we will discuss the issue plus how to establish all the changes in thinking and behaviours to give you the very best chance of success.

We will also agree the date for your ‘Day 1’ – a day, ideally within the next week, that represents your commitment to the shift in mindset.

Step 4 – Post-Session ‘Homework’

Based on the information provided in both your Client Questionnaire and from the 1-2-1 session, I will record a tailored hypnotic audio which you will receive within 48 hours of the session.

This is to be listened to the night before your ‘Day 1’ and again on the morning of the day itself. After this it should be listened to once a day for a minimum of 30 days (unless otherwise advised). You will also be able to apply any techniques provided and behavioural guidance to support the change being made.

Step 5 –  Progress and Beyond!

Day 30: Review your progress, compare your score now with before the program start.

If you wish, you can extend the program with extra sessions, for example because you wish to make further progress on the same issue or simply that you are finding the sessions enjoyable. This can be done by purchasing additional 45-minute follow-on sessions (£150) or exploring my monthly mind coaching packages.


I’m a specialist in rapid change and brief therapy, so this program is designed to help you build the foundation for change faster than many conventional approaches.

The rapid part is really the change in direction. Developing along the new path naturally takes more time, though for some people it can be very quick too. Either way, you will be given the tools and guidance for the journey.

However, such an approach does not suit everyone, since not everyone is ready for such a change. 

Limiting Beliefs About the Process of Change

From my clinical experience, the most common barrier to rapid change approaches being effective is simply a strong (limiting) belief that ‘surely I can’t change THAT quick’.

But ask yourself, ‘Who told me that?’ Is that belief really valid? Is it serving me well?’ People change their minds (and behaviours) all the time. We are always learning new habits and forgetting old ones. You are not stuck, you CAN change. 

I’ve helped thousands of people to make positive changes over the years, many often with just a single session. If you want more sessions, I can provide more, but it’s always your decision and you stay in the ‘driving seat’ at all times.

Fear of Change

The only other main barrier is simply fear of change itself. Even when the reasons to change are overwhelmingly positive, we often have a built-in instinct to defend the status quo. 

Again, I can help you to understand and overcome this fear and guide you onto the path of enjoying the positive change you desire.

I believe this approach empowers you as an individual to be the author of your own change, with my assistance at the conscious and (most importantly) subconscious level.

Lastly, as the 1-2-1 element is designed to be intensive, the need to ‘turn up and tune in’ is greater than in multi-session programs. If you bring a half-hearted, negative or antagonistic outlook and energy to the session, then you will only impede your own progress and results.

You can select a date and time for your 1-2-1 Skype session using the online booking system. I will then send the pre-session guidance and Client Questionnaire to complete and return.

Please allow sufficient time for me to send you the Client Questionnaire and for you to return it (ideally no later than 48 hours before your scheduled 1-2-1 session).

  • 1 x 45-minute 1-2-1 Skype session

  • Production & delivery of your tailored hypnotic audio (within 48 hours of 1-2-1 session)

  • Post-session guidance to maximise progress over the 30 days

30-Day Breakthrough Program – VIP (£295)

A longer 1-2-1 Skype session allows for a ‘deeper dive’ into how to use my solution-focused approach to make positive changes. An extra post-program audio is provided to help you build on your progress even further. 

  • 1 x 90-minute 1-2-1 Skype session

  • Production & delivery of your tailored hypnotic audio (within 48 hours of 1-2-1 session)

  • Post-session guidance to maximise progress over the 30 days

  • Updated / additional tailored hypnotic audio at end of program (for ongoing use)

Additional sessions, if required, last 45 minutes and cost £150.00. Alternatively, many clients choose my monthly mind coaching packages to receive the ongoing benefits of maintaining mind fitness.
