SKYPE HYPNOTHERAPY

These programmes are a convenient way to receive the benefits of hypnotherapy without even having to leave the comfort of your home.

I developed my Mindset.Plus+ method to be as effective when conducted online/remote as during my in-person sessions. Delivered via Skype, they make my unique approach available to you wherever you are in the world.

Achieved through a blend of tools and techniques, there are four key elements to the process of positive change, which allow the tailored hypnotic suggestions to have maximum effect:

The majority of issues can be addressed with my 2-session programme format, with additional sessions available as required.

PROGRAMME FORMAT – 5 STEPS TO SUCCESS

Step 1 – Book & Prepare

Once we have agreed a date/time for your sessions, I will send you a Client Questionnaire to complete and return via email. I will also send a hypnotic relaxation audio to listen to before your session to prepare your mind for the changes to come.

Step 2 – 1st Skype Session

During this 1-hour session we will discuss the issue plus how to establish all the changes in thinking and behaviours to give you the very best chance of success.

We will also agree the date for your ‘Day 1’ – a day within the next week that represents your commitment to the shift in mindset.

Step 3 – Between-Session ‘Homework’

Based on the information provided in both your Client Questionnaire and from the 1-2-1 session, I will record a tailored hypnotic audio which you will receive within 48 hours of the session.

This is to be listened to the night before your ‘Day 1’ and again on the morning of the day itself. After this it should be listened to once a day until the next scheduled session.

Between sessions you will also be able to apply any techniques provided and behavioural guidance to support the change being made.

Step 4 –  2nd Skype Session

An opportunity to review your progress, compare now with before the programme start, provide feedback and discuss any fine-tuning to ensure your success is sustainable.

You will also be provided with an additional audio for on-going positivity and wellbeing.

Step 5 – Enjoy the Change!

If you wish to extend the programme with extra sessions, for example because you wish to make further progress on the same issue or simply that you are finding the sessions enjoyable, then you can purchase additional hourly follow-on sessions, which follow the same 14-21 schedule .

BOOKING DETAILS

The 2-session Skype Hypnotherapy Programme costs £395.00. This includes 2 x 1-hour 1-2-1 Skype sessions plus production of your tailored hypnotic audio.

Additional sessions, if required, last 1 hour and cost £175.00. Positive change is often achieved in between 2-4 sessions, depending on your requirements and level of motivation.

I start a new intake of 1-2-1 clients every 2 weeks, so please contact me to enquire about availability for your programme start date.
