Using my unique method, we will first work together in a 1.5-hour Storyworking Discovery Session to explore the narratives that surround your current situation. This analysis is usually both useful and enlightening, often revealing limiting beliefs, unsupportive identities and opportunities to change thinking and behaviours.
For your change(s) to be ‘sticky’ and sustainable it must work for you in a holistic sense. As well as behavioural guidance to achieve this, I will provide you with tools and techniques to support your change on a conscious and subconscious level. The most important of these is your own custom hypnosis audio, delivered within 48 hours of your session.
Applying what they have learned and listening to their custom audio, many clients make great progress from the Storyworking Discovery Session alone. However, additional 45-minute follow-on sessions are also available if required.
Typically, clients choose 2-4 online hypnotherapy sessions. I usually recommend at least 10-14 days between sessions to allow time to benefit from the progress being made.

Once you have booked and paid, I will send you a pre-session questionnaire to complete and return. It is important that I receive this no later than 48 hours before your chosen session time.

Additional 45-minute follow-on sessions cost £150. Between sessions and within 30 days of your final session, your custom audio can be updated, at no extra charge, to reflect your progress.
