In 2014, I released the book 7-Day Mindfulness, sharing my approach to mindfulness, mediation and breath work that I’ve taught to thousands of people over the years.

Booking Details

Mindfulness sessions are 1 hour in duration. In-person sessions are conduced at my London W1 practice, whilst online sessions are conducted via Skype.
