The importance of the subcosncious mind is what most traditional coaching and online life coaching overlooks. However, in my view it is the most important factor in making and sustaining positive change.

Based on the information you provide me with, I will record and deliver a custom hypnosis audio, ideally for you to listen to a minimum of 2-3 times per week.
The carefully-tailored suggestions and specific mental rehearsals contained in your audio work to program in your goals at the subconscious level. Once your mind believes and conceives them at this deeper level, you can achieve them far easier in the conscious, ‘real’ world.

It is important to note that my monthly coaching programs are NOT therapy.
They are designed to improve a (mostly) functional mind, not restore a (mostly) dysfunctional one. If you are looking to achieve the latter then my online hypnotherapy services may be more suitable and/or I can recommend other approaches to explore.
My monthly coaching programs feature goal-orientated, forward-focused sessions that are more about what to practically do NOW and NEXT, rather than what has gone before. If you are looking for a more psychoanalytical or counselling-based approach (e.g. to deal with a past trauma) then these sessions will not be suitable.
I see many clients who have previously undergone therapy, but are now looking for the same structure and support, just with a focus on ‘moving on’ and growth. This is exactly where I can help.
If you want different results you most of all need to commit to THINKING different and DOING different.
I can help, support, teach, inspire, motivate and empower you to do both of these things. However, I can only work with the level of commitment that you bring to the process.
Therefore, there’s no point either signing up for my coaching and then missing sessions or failing to use the tools and resources provided.
The old-fashioned way of describing what is required is simply ‘work’. Whilst there will be such work, you will also have the tools, guidance and support to take what you put in and amplify it hundreds, even thousands of times in terms of the results you achieve.

I require all new coaching clients to complete a 1.5-hour Discovery Session.
This session costs £250 and is delivered 1-2-1 via Skype.
It is as important a foundation for coaching sessions as it is for my online hypnotherapy. You can order this session online using the payment button and I will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.
After this, there are three different packages detailed below which can be booked on a monthly subscription basis or as a prepaid 6-month program. The latter is preferable since it is a solid commitment to achieving your goals (plus it provides you with a discount too!). However, my coaching is totally flexible so, ultimately, the choice is yours.
