As well as structuring your goals effectively, we will explore the ways you think and improvements to how you respond to thoughts. 

This will include the practical techniques, specific skills training, mind hacks and supportive behaviours I have found most effective in my work.

 

RE-PROGRAM YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

This is what most traditional coaching overlooks, but in my view it is the most important factor in making and sustaining positive change.

As well as exploring the unhelpful ‘programming’ that may be holding you back, you will also be provided with a powerful tool – the unique ‘secret ingredient’ of my monthly coaching service’s effectiveness.

Based on the information you provide me with, I will record and deliver a tailored hypnotic audio, ideally for you to use a minimum 2-3 times a week. 

The carefully-tailored suggestions and specific mental rehearsals contained in your audio work to program in your goals at the subconscious level. Once your mind believes and conceives them at this deeper level, you can achieve them far easier in the conscious, ‘real’ world.

KICKSTART YOUR SUCCESS CYCLE

Discover how to build the mindset, that leads to the behaviours, which in turn supports you to achieve the results you want.

This then becomes a virtuous cycle or feedback loop, where positive results serve to further strengthen and develop the success mindset. And so, your cycle of success grows and continues!

 

 

WILL MONTHLY COACHING BE SUITABLE FOR ME?

I’ve worked with people from so many different walks of life and professions, from showbiz performers to commodities traders, from Fintech entrepreneurs to accountants.

They all share one thing in common – a desire to improve their life and outcomes by taking their mind as seriously as their body.

It is important to note that my monthly coaching programs are NOT therapy.

They are designed to improve a (mostly) functional mind, not help to restore a (mostly) dysfunctional one. If you are looking to achieve the latter then my online hypnotherapy services may be more suitable and/or I can recommend other approaches to explore.

My monthly coaching programs feature goal-orientated, forward-focused sessions that are more about what to practically do NEXT, rather than what has gone before. If you are looking for a more psychoanalytical or counselling-based approach (e.g. to deal with a past trauma) then these sessions will not be suitable. 

I see many clients who have previously undergone therapy, but are now looking for the same structure and support, just with a focus on ‘moving on’ and growth.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO CHANGE

If you want different results you most of all need to commit to THINKING different and DOING different.

I can help, support, teach, inspire, motivate and empower you to do both of these things. However, I can only work with the level of commitment that you bring to the process.

Therefore, there’s no point either signing up for my coaching and then missing sessions or failing to use the tools and resources provided.

The old-fashioned way of describing what is required is simply ‘work’. Whilst there will be such work, you will also have the tools, guidance and support to take what you put in and amplify it hundreds, even thousands of times in terms of the results you achieve.

It’s also important to make sure that my straight-talking, dynamic but challenging style will suit you, so take some time to learn more about my approach here.

Remember, the more committed and engaged you are, the better the results you will achieve. It’s that simple!

 

HOW TO BOOK

Coaching sessions are delivered 1-2-1 via Skype.

There are three different service types which you can book either on a monthly subscription basis or as a prepaid 6-month program. The latter is preferable since it is a solid commitment to achieving your goals (plus it provides you with a discount too!). However, my coaching is totally flexible so, ultimately, the choice is yours.

By booking below you are accepting my Terms & Conditions and acknowledging you have understood my approach and decided upon its suitability for your needs.

Once you have booked, I will contact you to arrange a date and time for your first 1-2-1 Skype session.

I will also send the pre-session guidance, plus Client Questionnaire to complete and return.

Please note: I am usually booked up around 2 weeks in advance, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, to check a specific date/time or my next availability, please contact me.
