If you want different results you most of all need to commit to THINKING different and DOING different.

I can help, support, teach, inspire, motivate and empower you to do both of these things. However, I can only work with the level of commitment that you bring to the process.

Therefore, there’s no point either signing up for my coaching and then missing sessions or failing to use the tools and resources provided.

The old-fashioned way of describing what is required is simply ‘work’. Whilst there will be such work, you will also have the tools, guidance and support to take what you put in and amplify it hundreds, even thousands of times in terms of the results you achieve.

It’s also important to make sure that my straight-talking, dynamic but challenging style will suit you, so take some time to learn more about my approach here.

Remember, the more committed and engaged you are, the better the results you will achieve. It’s that simple!

 

PROGRAMME FORMAT

Coaching programme packages range from 6 to 24 sessions. Each session lasts 1 hour and a gap of 10-28 days is recommended between sessions. You can choose an In-Person or Skype coaching programme as required.

In-Person sessions are provided at my London W1 practice, unless otherwise agreed.

I start a new intake of 1-2-1 clients every 2 weeks, so please contact me to enquire about availability for your programme start date.

Once you have booked your programme by paying via the button below, you will also be asked to complete a pre-session Client Questionnaire and Coaching Agreement.
